Routing Multipath Solution?

Hello.

I have a pf box with 2 vpn tunnels(OpenVPN) between 2 locations, load-balance working.

Now, we receive a new link which is a P2P between both locations.

Now I have 3 paths between both locations, we want to have our VPN as a backup and have the new carrier as primary, like a failover, p2p, vpn-1, vpn-2 between both locations.

The new carrier has his own router, is not using any of our current wans.

Can pfsense help me with this with built in tools or I need a package from the list?
