Traffic with NAT/BINAT translation via IPsec

Hi,
we are using pfsense 2.5.2
our LAN subnet is 172.30.1.0/24
we have setup an IPsec Tunnel to a partner using NAT/BINAT translation with ip 10.10.50.0/24 as the NAT Address.
The partner needs to access a Service within our LAN on the IP 172.30.1.15 but naturally it can't right now.
How can I figure out this?
