      Hello!

      I'm testing the FabiaTech FX5622 box, http://linitx.com/viewproduct.php?prodid=12133

pfSense-1.2.3-RC1-1gb-ad2.img.gz from Hacom. It works, but Gbit cards aren't recognized.
pfSense-1.2.3-1g-20090713-0730-nanobsd.img.gz from snapshots. It hangs at startup.
pfSense-1.2.3-RC1-Embedded.img.gz from pfsense mirrors. It works, but Gbit cards aren't recognized.

      Any idea?

      Regards,

      Josep Pujadas

Can you post pciconf -lv output? Also is there any console output with the newer snapshot?

With NanoBSD we got only a blank screen. No communication with the device. We will try another NanoBSD image. Perhaps it is dammaged. In fact, snapshots where closed yesterday for problems with kernel.

On some of the FX5622 the Gigabit NICs have not been set up right in the BIOS

If you send an email to shop@linitx.com we can send you a utility and instructions to reset the checksums on the NIC BIOS.

            Nick.

              Hello!

Patch received and applied. It works! Thank you for your good and quick service!

Gigabit cards are now recognized by:

              pfSense-1.2.3-RC1-Embedded.img.gz from pfsense mirrors.
              pfSense-1.2.3-RC1-1gb-ad2.img.gz from Hacom.
