Texas Instruments TNETE100 vs Realtec 8139

I've found these Ti cards - TNETE100 for a couple of bucks, and I am considering replacing my 3 RTL 8139c cards with these. Do you know if would get a better performance with these than my RTLs right now?

The cards are cheap enough to buy for a test, it's the trip to the shop that would be three times more expensive.
