Issue with connecting SG-2100 with USB console

I am new here and i an looking for help. I just setup my sg-2100 following the instruction manual. However, after the update I cannot login to the webgui as I believe the DHCP is not properly configured. I cannot get an ip address on my computer so I need to reset the device to its factory stage.
When I connect using the USB console, the terminal is blank and then showed
Marvell >>I tried everything that was written in the manual for troubleshooting.
My device is flashing all the time on the circle.
Appreciate any help.

@kanaan12 It sounds like your device cannot boot anymore, so you'll need to get the Reinstallation image from Netgate support and re-flash your 2100 with a USB drive.
