PFSense Device Unreachable After Reboot

I'm running pfsense on an old PC with 2 NICs and everything works fines after install. If the machine running PF Sense reboots then it becomes unreachable and everything stops working(LAN clients don't get assign IPs, clients can't ping the gateway, no internet). The only way to kind of get things somewhat functioning again is to set the LAN ip settings and that seems to start something I can at least get to the web console from a client.
So far, once this happens I have never been able to fully recover the gateway's functionality.
Please Help.

It's a PC .... so you could look at the the screen to see what happens.
We can't see that screen, so you have yo detail de problem.Billions reasons exist, I can't list them all here ;)
A simple advice would be : re install, assign interfaces - and don't change anything else.
pfSense will work out of the box, if the hardware is ok.
