    I don't know exactly what is "Floating Tab"

      I hope that you help me because i don't know what exactly is "Floating Rules"

        They seem to be rules that are not tied to any one interface, but float above and can match traffic to any interface.  It is mainly used for classifying traffic for the shaper queues so one rule can handle all classification when you have multi lan or wan connections.
          Or at least that is my best guess.
