      I have tried different configurations of a FreeRadius user, but I keep getting the error "Login incorrect (Failed retrieving values required to evaluate condition)".
      I tried PIN + Google Code, only the PIN and only the Google code.

      "One-Time Password: Enable One-Time Password (OTP) for this user" is ON.
      Mobile-One-Time-Password: Enable Mobile-One-Time-Password Support in Setting is ON

      But what I don't understand is how and when to use Init-Secret?
