Currently had purchased a new netgate 1100. And tried to configure the lan port as 172.32.5.1/24 and wan port as 120.58.1.100/29. One test pc a is connect to the lan port with ip 172.32.5.10, with a port listener active and another test pc b with ip 120.58.1.101 connected to the wan port which will be initiating the connection.

Followed the documentation on port forwarding and tried to configure port forwarding with protocol both tcp/udp, destination port set to any, redirect target ip 172.32.5.10, the redirect target port is grayed out and automatically configured to any and add associated filter rule, save.

The pc b connection unable to reach pc. Seems port forwarding not working. Seen the packet count at the rule increment and the communication from pc b to a has status closed:syn_sent.

Any other settings need to configure?
