      Hi,
I have a pfSense connected to a wan and to an other ethernet. Over the WAN I also have a VTI IPSEC VPN.

pfSense has a static route assigned to route a subnet to the IPSEC.
I also have installed FRR/OSPF, that is working on the ethernet (NOT on the IPSEC or WAN interface).

The problem is that pfSense is receiving from OSPF the same subnet I'm routing via the IPSEC with the local static route (they are in different routing domains so I cannot simply enable OSPF also on the IPSEC interface). I think that the local static route may win over the OSPF remote, but still the local routing table reports that the route from OSFP is loaded and the remote is discarded.

The only way I have to make it work is to define the remote net in FRR -> global settings -> route handling -> gateway the IPSEC gateway (the same gw used in the pfSense local route).

      What's wrong?
      thanks
