SG-1100 Issues

Hi all. Just received my SG-1100 1.5 weeks ago. the original issue was that the network would lose network connectivity for 10 seconds and then rinse and repeat every minute. I have reset 1100 to factory defaults and this did not resolve the issue. I contacted support and they had me reimage the device and it seemed to work. Now almost every hour the device locks up hard and I lose internet and the black diamond is flashing very fast. I would reboot the 1100 and all is fine and dandy until one hour has passed. I have noticed that on the power supply side of the 1100 that the device becomes super hot to the touch.
Does anyone have any ideas about what could be the issue?

Is it exactly 1 hour?
The black diamond LED flashing fast indicates it's booting. So the first thing I would be doing is checking the logs to see any any cause for a reboot has been recorded.
If nothing is there I would try hooking up the serial console and wait for it to next happen. The review the console log. Something might be shown there that the system is unable to log to the filesystem.If it's already been re-installed though you should open a ticket with us about this.
