Resetting Factory Default Gateway Settings??

Hey Folks,
Just wanted to get some help with my gateway routing. Having problems trying to delete an exiting default gateway and restore the original settings, somehow a friend got into my pfsense box settings and played around with the gateway routing, now he doesn't know how to restore it back to its original settings. I was hoping, is their any easy way I can reset my pfsense gateway settings to default (Original settings).
As you can see he has added a few IP addresses being the IPv4 Default (10.20.21.28), 10.20.21.28, 60.242.64.82, 127.0.0.1, 192.168.1.0/24
and the IPv6 ::1 etc
If you could explain to me on how to restore factory settings for the gateway that would be fantastic as I'm stressing trying to figure it out!

It just seems to be disabled.Simply point the mouse over the check mark next to the trash at the right side and click to re-enable it.
