      Just a little note of praise vs typical complaints or issues.

      Finally getting around to getting into the office on my pto mind you ;) Because some equipment needs to be moved. And finally can be onsite to upgrade the sg3100 (2.4.4p3) its behind because of covid and nobody in the office, etc.

      So making sure I have install media in case something goes wrong..

      4 minutes from time of submission to response with link to download and instructions.. How could you ask for more than that.

      Just wanted to say thanks for the support, and being johnny on the spot!

      edit: Just to follow through - was having some issues with it not seeing 21.05.2 as option, only a 21.02 version. I tried toggle the branch and couple of things from the console to redo the repository, etc. but in the end I didn't really want to be there any longer than I needed to be. So just did recovery via image on stick, click click - restore config from backup and bob's your uncle up and running on 21.05.2
