Looking for a tool to show real time (or near real time) bitrate on a per connection basis

As the title says.

I could setup a full tilt Netflow based infrastructure, but the fact is that I don't have a great need for something like that in my use case.

What I need is the ability to see, ad hoc, what the bitrate for each established connection/state is. NTOPNG almost does that. I would go with it if when sorting by throughput on its Flows page, that it would re-sort as bitrates on connections change. Since it doesn't re-sort as bitrates change, it's not really that useful.
