No-IP not updating, how to apply patch?

I just got a SG-1100 appliance and I can't get no-ip DDNS to work, running 21.05.2-RELEASE.

I believe 4aab19d4ade5d164c22bd63b2833d54bab740d59 would fix this, but I am not sure how to go about installing the patch. I have installed that patch package, but what exactly do I input in the add patch GUI?

As soon as the box rebooted, I saw the IP update on no-ip. Sweet, thanks!
