DNS/Unbound Custom Options

I am trying to set some SRV records. I added them, and come to find out, the original entry in the text field doesn't look to be good, as I am getting these error messages:

The following input errors were detected:

    The generated config file cannot be parsed by unbound. Please correct the following errors:
    /var/unbound/test/unbound.conf:109: error: syntax error
    read /var/unbound/test/unbound.conf failed: 1 errors in configuration file

In my custom options text field:

log-replies: yes
server:include: /var/unbound/pfb_dnsbl.*conf
