Pfsense as VPN Client

I'm looking for a specific function in a firewall/router software, my current one can't do what i'm looking for so i'm in search for new software to my firewall.

I have startad a service, that gives me the ability to surf anonymously, it's a VPN service! what I want to do is to make one of the wan connections to constantly be connected to this service, and then I want the ability to control witch computers uses the VPN connection and witch uses the planned second one and witch is not.

I also want roadwarriors to connect to the one without the VPN and surf onto the net through the one with!

Is This possible to achive in PfSense?? with addons or best without ??
