BSDstats package

I have added a BSDStats package.

Please install this package and stand up to be counted as a FreeBSD installation.

After you install the pacakge you should see in your system logs something like this:

Aug 7 17:44:50 php: /pkg_mgr_install.php: Thanks for installing BSDStats. Your id is 267.
