      Hello,

I had a problem yesterday that began when my ISP stopped responding to PADI requests with host-uniq set.

Due to that, i had lost 3 hours debugging and over 36 hours without internet on that site.

I need a way for pfsense to stop sending host-uniq on PADI packets when host-uniq is not set on the interface (which is the case)

Why pfsense would send some random host-uniq when not instructed to do so?:

I would not expect it to. Does it show it in /var/etc/mpd_wan.conf ? Assuming that's the WAN interface.
