Minimum Config to Replace Cluster Node

Our standby node died last night and I unfortunately don't have a recent backup (I know). The primary node is active and healthy as of right now. So my thought is to rebuild the secondary node, but what is the bare minimum configuration needed amusing that the primary will sync once the new node is re-added to the cluster?

My thought was the management settings, packages and interfaces. What else am I missing?

The other option is to restore the older backup since it will get most of the base configuration.
