      Hello,
      I've check the troubleshooting upgrade in the netgate doc as told in the sticky post.
      My pfsense is version 2.5.2 and was upgraded since 2.4.x many times without problems.
      This time from 2.5.2 to 2.6.0 it wont upgrade.
      I tried both using UI and command line.
      On UI I get :

      >>> Setting vital flag on php74... done.
      >>> Updating repositories metadata... done.
      2.6.0 version of pfSense is available

      and "System update failed!¨
      In the upgrade log there is no obvious error.
      It ends with :

      Menu items... done.
      Services... done.
      Writing configuration... done.
      [4/4] Upgrading pfSense-pkg-Open-VM-Tools from 10.1.0_4,1 to 10.1.0_5,1...
      [4/4] Extracting pfSense-pkg-Open-VM-Tools-10.1.0_5,1: ........ done
      Removing Open-VM-Tools components...
      Services... done.
      Loading package instructions...
      Deinstall commands... done.
      Syslog entries... done.
      Saving updated package information...
      overwrite!
      Loading package configuration... done.
      Configuring package components...
      Loading package instructions...
      Custom commands...
      Executing custom_php_install_command()...done.
      Services... done.
      Writing configuration... done.
      >>> Removing unnecessary packages... done.
      >>> Cleanup pkg cache... done.

      I tried to reboot with no more luck.
      On CLI it seems all is ok but no 2.6 after upgrade and neither after reboot.

      OK NOW.

      Just after posting I search again and found package zabbix agent 5.2 was installed but is no more available for installation.
      I removed it, installed zabbix agent 5 and upgrade was done without any more problem.
      I looked back in the logs and found nothing stating that the process fails since it cant find zabbix 5.2 any more.

      So the point is : if you cant upgrade from 2.5.2 to 2.6 look in your installed packages to see if all are still available to install.
