Recently purchase an SG-3100 which is currently running at 77-85C consistently under very little load. Is this temperature normal or should I be looking at returning this unit for a another one. Any help would be appreciated.

@coker_rat I just searched this forum for '3100 temp' and found a few results that might help you.

The 3100 does run quite hot because it's passively cooled. It can easuly be affected by placing it on top of something warm for example.
What's the ambient temperature there? Where is it installed?
85C is hotter than I might expect if it's running in normal room temperature. I have seen other units running that hot though without issue.

@stephenw10 It is installed in the basement where it is a consist 20C. Just curious if I need to return it for another unit before I run out of time for returns.
            Thanks

Has it always run at those indicated temps?

              Is it under high load?
