ipv6 issues

ipv6 is not pulling a subnet on the plan..and I have not even put the vlans on it yet. I have Comcast business and am using a /56. All of the nics are intel. when I tried to disable ipv6 tracking for the plan I get this:

Please disable the Router Advertisements Server service on this interface first, then change the interface configuration.where do I disable this stuff at on lan and why are these wan services even running on the plan interface in the first place? This is a fresh install..
