Load Balancer

Hello,
Can we use the load balancer service to load traffic between servers that reside on other farm?,sample:
Traffic go to IP x.x.x.x under pfsense fw on farm A
Load balancer redirect traffic to:
x.x.x.x on farm B
x.x.x.x on farm C
Servers on farm B and C didnt reside under pfsense fw on farm A but able to esteblish connection via port 80 (in case of web servers),

let me get this straight ,
B and C are you internet connections ? or what ?  ???
I can`t fully understand what are you trying to do …
