PFSense blocking IPSEC traffic

HI,

We have a issue:

PFsense is blocking outside traffic from the IPSEC .

Location A (172.25.5.0/24) <-- Draytek
Location B (172.25.3.0/24) <-- PFsense

Location A cannot access the internet via location B.
The mutual communication between the 2 networks does work. Only I can't go out with the other network via the PFsense.

Does anyone know what to do? (We installed PFBlockerNG on the PFSense.)
