Input badsite.txt from smootwall convert to pfsense

I am using smootwall and have badsite.txt file use for forbiden sites , in that file like this :

duniasex
xratedhostz
scghun
hotavmodel

etc

The question,
Can I input that name to pfSense via web or Script ?
Can I apply to a group like staff group, vip group who can access all site without blocked with this rule ?
