pfSense 2.6 dns forwarder "config error is REFUSED" randomly

Hello All,

After upgrade to 2.6 the dns forwarder (dnsmasq) give this error "config error is REFUSED" with certain websites. After refreshing the site in the browser the resolving works fine again. Then recurring with others. In the previous version 2.5.x never seen this behavior.
Any advice, investigating recommendation?

To answer my own question, if no one give me the light...

After milliion tries to figure out the issue I realized that this entry should be unchecked in the dns forwarder config section.
After this all goes fine, no more refusing.
