Greetings,

I am interested in upgrading my existing, single pfSense device environment. At the moment, I have a single connection with my ISP on a cable modem with a static IP.

I have a pair (possibly even a third) of wireless connections from different providers that I would like to add into the mix.

I would also like to add a second pfSense appliance for redundancy, if possible.

What I am curious to know is what the physical connection scenarios look like and what I would need in terms of hardware, aside from the second pfSense box?

Would I need a managed switch between the two pfSense devices?
Would I connect all of the WAN connections to the primary pfSense?

Thanks, just trying to understand the possibilities here and what the optimal config looks like.
