OpenVPN not flowing traffic

FreeBSD 12.3-STABLE

OpenVPN between this box and my 2.6 primary box connects but will not flow traffic.

I can see attempts on the firewall logs.

I have 10 OpenVPN instances between my primary and other boxes across the state. Unless Im missing something blatantly obvious something appears to broke. Anyone else with this scenario working?

With the new snapshots this issues has gone away.
