      Hi there!

      I'm new to pfSense and playing around.
      But I could just not get IPv6 to work..

      I got colocation space in a datacenter with an IPv6 only connection.
      My goal is to have pfSense between the providers router and my storage servers.

      With IPv4 none and IPv6 on DHCPv6 with prefix delegation I do not get an address on the WAN interface.
      Also the clients have no internet.

      The /56 IPv6 Subnet:
      e.g. 2001:db8:c0:8f00:: /56
      Providers Gateway is given with 2001:db8:c0:8f00::1

      When I try a static configuration with WAN IPv4 none and IPv6 2001:db8:c0:8f00::2 /64 and gateway 2001:db8:c0:8f00::1 then on the LAN side also static configured IPv4 172.16.40.1 /24 and IPv6 2001:db8:c0:8f01::1 /64 (one 64 out of my 56 subnet).
      Then the clients get an IPv6 address and can ping pfSense on LAN and! WAN side but have no way to e.g. google ipv6 dns servers.
      PfSense can ping google and I can now only access my servers over vpn from pfSense and the local IPv4 network.

      Thanks in advance

        @swtw122 So your provider gave you a /56 on WAN? What provider is this? OVH?
