Will UF-MM-1G SFPs work with Netgate PFSense boxes?

I’m looking to free up ports on my switch and wanted to know if there may be any compatibility issues using the same Unifi 1G SFP in the Netgate.

Probably. I'm not I've ever seen one tested and I couldn't say 100% without testing it.
        Which device?

@stephenw10 sorry for the late response. I see netgate sells one. The SFP+ 10GBase-SR Transceiver. It’s a bit expensive at $50, but at least I will know it’s compatible.

            I'd say $50 is a steal ....

Try to get a Genuine Cisco SFP ....

@clokwork FWIW I have the SM version of this SFP and it does not work in the one 7100 I've tried it in. It's a low priority item for me so I haven't tested it in any other device.

As noted, however, the one we sell in the store is not cost prohibitive and is guaranteed to be a compatible model.
