RTTsd very high in every interfaces

I am using Pfsense plus and have 5 wan gateways. Whenever I change something in any one of the gateways, RTTsd is changed in every gateways leading to offline in internet until RTTsd in changes to normal. apart from changing the configs in gateways this happens when I change something in pfblocker. has anyone face this types of issues?
