      Hi,

      • I just receive my Netgate SG-4100. I was asking if there is a possibility that I could add RAM on this. I just found out that it only has 4GB of RAM. Also, wanted to confirm if this can handle 1000 concurrent users.

The Netgate 4100's RAM cannot be upgraded.
I am not able to comment on the concurrent users, however, and will leave that to another.

Total users is not really a good metric. Total throughput is usually more relevant. Total connections or states can be limiting for some but 4G will give you ~2M connections which should be fine for 1000 users.
