Any reason why firewall is blocking packets and passing others even with rule?

I have a rule to allow all BT traffic from 57485 natted to my internal machine and have the nat rule + pass rule yet firewall still drops some packets:

      block
      Aug 12 12:10:15 WAN 78.49.50.26:50411 24.4.139.196:60222 UDP
      block
      Aug 12 12:10:13 WAN 114.30.119.7:60139 192.168.2.2:57458 TCP:

      block
      Aug 12 12:10:08 WAN2 213.231.30.204:32727 76.102.67.63:57863 UDP

I have pass rules in firewall

[click to toggle enabled/disabled status]  TCP  *  *  192.168.2.2  57458  * none      Alix to Desktop (uTorrent)
[click to toggle enabled/disabled status] UDP * * 192.168.2.2 57458 * none   Alix to Desktop (uTorrent)
