      Greetings
I am currently running pfsense plus 22.05. In order to take advantage of ZFS boot environments, i will need to reimage the firewall.
If I reimage the firewall and reload my backup config, will pfsense plus be the version i am running on or would i need to re-register my software?
As a sanity check, my backup config should be compatible when moving between CE to Plus or vice-versa?

      Firewall: NetGate,Palo Alto-VM,Juniper SRX
      Routing: Juniper, Arista, Cisco
      Switching: Juniper, Arista, Cisco
      Wireless: Unifi, Aruba IAP
      JNCIP,CCNP Enterprise

@michmoor You need to re-install using the 2.6 community edition, then upgrade to Plus, then reload your backup config.

There is no 'Plus' installer available, yet, apparently.

You won't need to re-register since it will have the same NDI after reinstalling.

But, yes, if you need to reinstall currently the correct path is 2.6 > 22.01 > 22.05.

So you need to do 2.6.0 -> 22.01 -> 22.05 if you have a "White box" , to reinstall.
I had hoped for just 2.6.0 -> 22.05 ... Well just an inconvenience

Right now you do but that's only until we finish testing the direct upgrade and switch the repo branch.
