        Either your upgrade isn't complete yet and it's still reinstalling that in the background, or you need to reinstall the package manually as the upgrade didn't complete for one reason or another.

        Though if that's missing, other things may be as well.

          @jimp Thanks. I watched the entire upgrade from the console and everything went really well. No issues at all. All other menu options are just fine, this is the only one that does not seem to work.

            If that is the case, then go to the package manager and trigger a reinstall of that package. It should be OK after that.

              @jimp Thanks that worked. It seems like the install process did not recognize that the Patches package was there and re-installed it. But left the menu option in place.
