DHCP Pool option?

Hello people.

I have doubt related to the pool option inside DHCP server.

In-use DHCP Pool Ranges:
192.168.9.100 - 192.168.9.150
192.168.9.200 - 192.168.9.220
192.168.9.230 - 192.168.9.240

This mean that once my dhcp server finish the first pool: 9.100-9.150, will start using the second pool 9.200-9.220 and latter the last pool?
