Unable to post question, flagged as Spam

I am unable to post a question or topic, message keeps getting flagged as spam!

Any ideas how I get around this?

@cxcmax It's not that -- the software requires a minimum reputation to do post in some spaces... you should be set now with the reputation of 5 you got on this post.
