      Im searching for the same thing to priorize the traffic, not limit the bandwith (QoS) for it.
      How it can be done?

      PS.: I´m using Plus 22.05

        @sysadminfromhell Yes. Use Traffic Shaper not a limiter.

        Netgate has a shaper recipe doc.

        Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
        When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

          @steveits Does ist reduce Bufferbloat then or do I still need to use the limiter then?

            @sysadminfromhell In general, a limiter limits bandwidth. A shaper prioritizes packets. Sometimes they are used together.

            Netgate has a page on bufferbloat also, which uses both. I've not set that up myself, I've used the shaper with other methods, like PRIQ only prioritizes packets.
