Is there a (public) release plan!?

Hello,

I wonder if there is a high level release plan. I would expect that, for a least the upcoming release(s). Perhaps I overlooked it, however I could not find one.

As example actual pfSense is FreeBSD12.1 based, which is OK, however you might wonder when the switch to 13.1 is planned.
