    Introducing "Packet Loss Rate" In Limiters and Internet Speed is NOT showing as expected

      Hi,
      I have added below parameters to my limiters to simulate specific internet speed for Wifi router.

      For DownLoad limiter bandwidth as 21Mbps and Delay as 25ms and also Packet Loss Rate as 0.05

      For Upload Limiter bandwidth as 8Mbps and Delay as 25ms and also the Packet Loss rate as 0.05

      The above limiters, I have added to FireWall >> "Rules" and applied the changes. When I perform the Speed test it's always showing the DownLoad speed as ~3Mbps and Upload Speed as ~4Mbps

      I am expecting these speeds should be 21Mps ~ download and 8Mbps ~ upload.

      Could you please help me to resolve this issue.
