Tutorial for Stupid People

Hello,
Is there a tutorial for this package that is not directed at network administrators, but stupid people like me? I managed to connect pfSense and my Android phone to tailscale. The connections show on the tailscale website, and the Android device shows pfSense in the connected list. However, I am unable to connect to pfSense via 192.168.1.1 address. I created an any rule under tailscale for Ipv4 traffic. Hints appreciated.Thank you!

@revengineer What is your rule for tailscale? Have you watched https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fg_jIPVcioY?

Yes, I watched the referenced video and found it too complicated. I finally got this working after I realized that I had to enable the subnet added in pfSense on the tailscale website. I also had to add my local DNS server to get name resolution of local machines.
So, it's working now but the bottom line is that this was harder to install then OpenVPN or Wireguard while the whole sell seems to be that tailscale should be near plug and play.
I am just testing tailscale. Personally, I find the free edition too limiting and the paid features are not worth the money. I am perfectly happy with my free OpenVPN and Wireguard connections. Of course, mileage of others may vary and they may benefit more.

I am with you, if you can setup those there is no point in using it @ home.

@revengineer Hey can you help me how you had done it because i also had the same problem that i am able to connect to the pfsense but unable to access devices inside the pfsense or the pfsense itself.
My use case is like this :
My remote device<<Tailscale>>Servervlan
My remote device<<Tailscale<<Pfsense Webgui
