SG-1100 issues

Having issues with my recently purchased Netgate router. it has been dropping my wifi via the WAP, lan doesn't appear to be working and I cannot access the GUI via the ip address (default).
Also, while booting, it used to blink until booted, now only the first led light shows with no other light.
I'm new to this, but it was working for a week or so, after initial setup. -
