load balancing in my LAN

Sorry if this looks simple as I'm very new to pfsense
I have 3 nodes in my home lab that I need to load balance the traffic across when I hit a certain VIP
Assumptions:

• 3 server nodes 10.10.10.1, 10.10.10.2, 10.10.10.3 (same LAN segment)
• VIP 10.10.10.10

Target:

• when any traffic hits the VIP it will round-robin on all 3 server nodes
