Hi, I am new user and I installed pfsense with squid proxy and squidGuard. I want to access Remote desktop outside of my network but pfsense not allowing to access it. I checked squid proxy real time log "18.08.2022 14:46:02 192.1**.. NONE/200 psi-gw.prosuite.allscriptscloud.com:443 - -"

      Please help anyone.
      Thanks,

When you stop the squid processes, the access works fine, right ?

As said : stop squid stuff and retest.

"Remote desktop access" is what I would call suspected traffic.

So probably squid is doing its job.
I'm not a squid user myself, but I advise you to review your squid set-up.
Like, if possible, do not have the rule that triggers the block activated on your outgoing traffic - to that particular host.

Or work different : remote desktop access should be done over a VPN like connection, and disable squid from scanning this connection.

As said, I do not use squid stuff - as it is way complicated for me, and I don't need proxies or AV scanners.

What about asking / posting in the correct place ? Like here Home pfSense Packages Cache/Proxy
