Hi, I just wonder if somebody could help me.
I can see PFSense is available in Azure or AWS, but for some reason not in GCP. I know that I can use some tricks to install it, but what about support? Is it possible to buy support for this and make sure the solution will be reliable? I want to use it in production, so it has to work. Or perhaps it will be available in GCP soon?

It's been a while since I looked at it. If I recall correctly there were some issues that made GCP economically unattractive for use to provide an image there. It would be nice to have but I'm not aware of anything planned for the near future.
Since we don't provide an image there a CE install could be supported the same as any other virtual install as long as you have a support subscription.
The biggest thing to be aware of there is that we cannot support anything outside of pfSense itself. That especially true in GCP where we do not test deployment. So if you run a pcap on the VM and we see packets arriving or not arriving unexpectedly there's probably nothing we can do to help you whatever support level you have.

Stephen, thank you for clarification - now I understand why there is no pfSense in Google marketplace and what is involved if I will decide using it on GCP platform.
          Have a good weekend.
