When using AnyDesk through a firewall proxy,(Pfsense) the problem appears Note: that I am using the latest version 7.0.14 photo attachment: Picture number (2_anydesk) is the error that appears Please help
Why is authentication not working from Anydesk to pfsense? -
@basem did you actual setup auth to your proxy in pfsense? And via AD, and your domain is just domain?
Why don't you just get it working without auth first, then add auth if you really want/need it.

We did a test from the user's computer, all browsers are working, as soon as the user enters the domain, he can use the Internet through a proxy, when using AnyDisk this error appears after entering the special settings (HTTP Proxy)
Note: The program does not work without authentication

@basem you have proxy setup for https?
Moving this to proxy section

@basem
Without authentication it works, but with authentication it does not work.
Squid Monitor (TCP_DENIED/407 boot.net.anydesk.com:443) -
@basem well you say auth works with browser.. So that tells you the auth is working in pfsense, so if your sure your sending the correct creds that leaves something wrong with anydesk.
Have you opened a ticket with them?
-
When opening a file C:\Users\administrator\AppData\Roaming\AnyDesk\ad.trace, I tracked this error:
error 2022-09-05 20:12:32.717 lsvc 2776 2780 39 anynet. connect_proxy_stream - HTTP authentication negotiation failed (result_proxy_login_failed)]
-
@basem already showed that error in your pic.. So since you clearly say auth works in browser, and your sure your putting in the correct username and password.. How is it pfsense issue?
I would suggest you open a ticket with them.. With this exact info - you can auth via browser, but anydesk isn't working and giving you that error.
