      Hello,

      Is there any build-in possibility in pfSense to get the report with the users remote IPs (those which they use at home for online access to our OpenVPN) and to limit these IPs only to the known in advance?

      Regards

        @andrew2

        Are you using the pfSense OpenVPN server ?

        if so, you had to put a firewall rule on your WAN interface, so OpenVPN traffic, typucally port 1194, UDP, can get in.
        The source was 'any' or 'the entire Internet'.
        What about changing this 'any' for an alias, and you fill this alias with allowed IP addresses ?

        isn't good enough as a report ?
        Or do you mean something else ?

        Edit : and where are the logs ??

          @andrew2 Are you worried about what country the requests are comming in from?

          You could always use pfBlocker to create an alias based on GeoIP location and use that in your firewall rule, it's a bit more open than @Gertjan suggested but it would work.

            What sort of data do you want in the report?

            Like connection history?
