Basic ALTQ/PRIQ rules causing poor stability on Vodafone Gigafast

Hi,

As per another post I made here, I have some issues on Vodafone Gigafast connection when using ALTQ/PRIQ traffic shaping rules.
These rules work fine on my Virgin connection, so not sure why it would cause an issue with Vodafone.

Could someone offer me some guidance on configuring a basic set of rules I can use to tag traffic on a specific port, to give it higher priority?
I had followed someone's guide previously, and worked fine, but wonder if the settings are now somehow outdated.
