      I've searched the forum for some hardware for a TRIGKEY G1 mini pc, but no luck. Does anyone know anything about this little guy and if could work well for a PFSence CE home network?

      Spec: Intel J4125 Processor CPU ( Up To 2.7Ghz) 8G DDR4+128G M.2 SATA 2280 SSD. Dual NIC's, but not sure the manufacturer.

        @brinkdad

        I've never heard of that one, but I use the one described in my sig. Works well.

        PfSense running on Qotom mini PC
        i5 CPU, 4 GB memory, 32 GB SSD & 4 Intel Gb Ethernet ports.
        UniFi AC-Lite access point

        I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...

          Thanks! I have PFSense running under a VM on TrueNas Scale, and it works great. Not the ideal setup. It has plenty of horsepower, disk, & memory on the Scale Server (probably WAY overkill).
          For the price of that little guy might as well try it out. If it doesn't work out, it goes back. I did find out the NIC's are Realtek, and I'll beat it up to see how it performs.
